摘要：In this talk I will present the theory of the pro-étale fundamental group constructed by Bhatt and Scholze which is aimed to classify infinite étale covers. Then I will give a description of this fundamental group for schemes whose singular locus is 0-dimensional. I will also introduce a specialization theorem for the pro-étale fundamental group whose parallel in the case of Grothendieck's étale fundamental group played a very important role in arithmetic algebraic geometry.

报告人简介：张磊，香港中文大学助理教授，博士毕业于德国杜伊斯堡埃森大学，师从Hélène Esnault教授。主要从事算术代数几何的研究，在étale基本群，Nori基本群，晶体基本群和pro-étale基本群等理论方面做出了一系列出色的工作，研究成果发表在Journal of Algebraic Geometry、Mathematische Annalen、Journal of the Institute of Mathematics of Jussieu、TAMS、IMRN、Documenta Mathematica等期刊上。
